The majority of herniated discs with help of hirudotherapy will heal themselves in about 3-5 weeks and do not require surgery.
Anti-inflammatory treatments for pain, associated with disc herniation, protrusion, bulge, or disc tear,

Please also remember that spinal manipulation is contraindicated!
